Engagement Ring Slips into the Water!

Travis Pittman, a web producer at King 5 News accidentally dropped an engagement ring into Puget Sound. He was standing on Washington Pier near Des Moines to propose to his girl friend and accidentally dropped it on Saturday night. It was a beautiful half carat diamond set with tiny diamonds inside it, made of 14 carat white gold. He thought it would be romantic to give his girl friend the ring while standing at the edge of the pier.  He took out the ring to place on her finger but it slipped out of his fingers and into the water. Pittman said on Sunday morning that “I’m prepared for the fact it may not be found,”.
